Cannot install calibre 0.6.31
Hi everyone! Newbie here.
I cannot install calibre 0.6.31 for some reason. Previous version installed ok. Get Windows Installer message: "This installation package could not be opened..." Platform: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium I removed old version with Revo uninstaller. Turned anti-virus off. Have administrator rights. Downloaded msi package from three different sites. Downloaded file sizes vary between 27.9MB to 28.4MB.  Just received my new Nook and would really like to get this working. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks |

Generally that Windows message would mean the msi package is corrupt.
Download it from the official site: http://calibre-ebook.com/download_windows The correct file size, Version: 0.6.31, is 29,230,592 bytes |

I cannot install it either - keeps telling me I have 2 installations going, which I don't. Press retry, nothing happens. Fed up - using adobe digital instead
