Zero points for answers, 1 point for effort .
I think we've had pretty much all the answers, so after a quick tally as I hurry to bed, the results are: pdurrant - 19 Bilbo - 6 Hamlet - 1 Kumabjorn - 1 Stitchawl - Honarary 1 Thinking about it, I'm not sure we had the answer to 3: Only two vegetables that can live to produce on their own for several growing seasons? Asparagus and rhubarb. The 14 standard punctuation marks I had were : Full Stop (Period), comma, colon, semicolon, dash, hyphen, apostrophe, question mark, exclamation point, quotation mark, brackets, parenthesis, braces, and ellipses. And the words I had beginning with "S" that could go on your feet: Shoes, socks, sandals, sneakers, slippers, skis, skates, snowshoes, stockings, stilts. Over to Paul. |

While we wait for Paul, I thought I'd present some twisters.
1) What nationality does polar bears have? 2) What does pi*z*z*a equal when z is radius and a is thickness? 3) Who got the world's forst speeding ticket and how fast was he (you know it was a he) driving, and when did he get it? 4) Would you describe Fbone as a babalevante? If so, why, if not, why not? 5) What are grawlixes? 6) Who broke the news of Wilbur an Oliver Wright's manned powered flight? 7) What is Eric Carle's The Very Hungry Caterpillar infamous for? 8) What can't you do without if you have nomophobia? 9) What is publisher Mills & Boon's biggest contribution to motorists? |
