Spellcheck and some notes.

Can you, please, add 3 more info on Tools -> Spellcheck -> Spellcheck... window:
- if the file selected in Edit -> Preferences -> SpellCheck Dictionary was successfully connected and which one;
- if aff file(s) was/were connected to the dic file;
- if hyph file was connected to the dic file.
There is a lot of free space on the window for such important info.
I thing it is not very hard to do...

Some notes for 0.9.0.
- Menu Help -> About -> Autors -> Translators - not a link just underlined text.
- Menu Edit -> Redo and Panel -> button Redo - there are different icons
- I don't know why, but I can't find any window in Sigil where system button Help (near system Close button) really shows help to me...

From "EPUB 3 Best Practices" by Matt Garrish and Markus Gylling. Chapter 8.
- When Sigil creates SVG or CSS file - they are UTF-8, but imported SVG or CSS files not converted to utf-8, as authors suggest.
- Also, suggestion from the book - first line of CSS have to be @charset "utf-8";

Thanks a lot.
