which pc reader application has touch enabled?

hi guys - quick question - looks like i'm about to inherit a touchscreen netbook. If I load a pc application onto it to read epub books, wondering which reader application will allow me to make use of the touchscreen features (so I can 'swipe' to turn the page, for instance). The netbook is running win7.

thanks!

The newest EPUBReader Firefox plug-in works with a touchscreen. It does not use a swipe gesture though. You tap the screen right side to page forward one page and the screen left side to page back one page.

On my Asus T91 MT, if you can mouse it, you can touch screen it. For example if you leave a little margin in MobiPocket or Kindle reader, and thouch in the margin, you can turn the pages that way.

Both the Kindle and Nook "for PC" apps support touch. See Kindle4PC and Nook4PC on a touchscreen (video).

Thanks for that Wallcraft, I got out my T91 and tried the Kindle app, and the gestures do in fact work for page turning. I didn't know that.

I use FBReader, Kindle, and Nook. I think the Nook reader is the coolest of the bunch, but it sure is short on customizations.

The Kindle app has worked best for me on the Gigabyte T1028 netbook. It is my preferred reader on that device, as there are no other controls on the edges of the screen in tablet mode. I touch the left and right margin.

With my Toshiba tablet, there is a small control stick on the edge of the screen, and I can use readers like Mobipocket and MSReader - which are useless with touch.
