Saving to disk -> ValueError: I/O operation on closed file
Saving a PDF-ebook (volume 2) to disk fails with this message:

calibre, version 0.8.45

Environments and Characters
	Traceback (most recent call last):
	  File "site-packages\calibre\library\save_to_disk.py", line 437, in save_serialized_to_disk

	ValueError: I/O operation on closed file
There is no problem with volume 1 (88 MB). Maybe it's because volume 2 is 217.9 MB big?

With v0.8.50 this error doesn't occur.
