TomeRaider: anybody knows the Ebook software?
Hi

Does anybody here have any experience with TomeRaider:

Do you have a clou how good and fast the software is in comparison to the EPUB Format and the MOBI Format and their reader softwares?

It seems that the books are better searchable then those on a Kindle (only has Full-Text-Search).

Well, depends on which version for which OS you are speaking of.

TomeRaider has been around for a long time and was / is used on PDAs under different operating systems.

With old PalmOS (not WebOS), I did and do prefer Mobipocket over TomeRaider. I've heard people say its the other way round under PPC / WinMobile.

Have a look at special forums about PDA / Smartphone operating systems to find out more.

Maybe you find something in the archives of MR.

I am talking about WindowsMobile 6.5. It seems that the books for TomeRaider are more easily searchable. But the TomeRaider Reader comes at a price.
