I'm trying to imagine this guy without a pipe in his mouth, but his happy-stupid expression still remains.

I'm reminded of that "male enhancement" commercial that was pulled (? + no pun intended) from TV about one year ago.

I think my avatar would still have his happy-stupid smile, even when trapped in traffic.

Ahhh, but not a medical doctor; rather, I was working on my Ph.D in English -- (Doctor of Philosophy = Ph.D.)
