Unhappy How to Import LibraryThing Exports into Calibre, to keep track of physical books?

I used LibraryThing for a long time to monitor my book collection, and I would like to be able to import a database from it into Calibre to monitor my collection. Is this possible?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to:
1. remove from the import file any LibraryThing books tagged "ebook" (since they're already in Calibre)
-and-
2. add the tag "owned irl" to any of the remaining books I import.

There are some books I have listed on Librarything but not on Calibre, and vice-versa, and my library is a large one (with some books being on loan to God-knows-whom.) I estimate that my physical books collection might be able 100 feet long, just by eyeballing the bookshelves and doing a bit of math... Ergo, I really dread having to manually input any more than I must.

Help?
