The PRS 900 has a Zoom function in addition to the stated fonts. Their Medium Font is larger than the Large Font on the PRS 505. I read my books mainly with the Sony Desktop Reader 3.1 on my PC with occasional use of my PRS 900 when away from home.

One caution, I used that Zoom button with some PDF files but after using it I found it was hard to center the PDF page. Thus, I stopped reading PDF files with it. I read them on my PC with Adobe Reader which is far more suited to PDF's than is the Sony PRS 900.

I just called Best Buy for an update on my order which I placed on December 27. The window for me is now January 12-22. He confirmed that orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were placed.

Anyone else hear any news from Best Buy?

I ordered mine on the 30th. I just called them and got a new range of the 14th to the 29th, which is a few days better than the original range (18th to the 2nd of Feb.) I received. Here's hoping it is more like the 12th that you got!!
