Hi All,

I can't shut down my reader - it is stuck on the home page - it also won't let me reset it - very frustrating!! Help!!!

Hi greener & welcome to MR. Have you tried a reset? Happens to my reader sometimes too. I just reset it (sometimes more than once) and plug it in. Depending on it's mood either the USB or the in-wall charger works
