No Mirasol announcment at Qualcomm event but...
http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/3553...eader-ces-2011
Qualcomm has confirmed to Pocket-Lint that an un-named partner will be displaying/announcing a device at CES and that "after months of waiting, shoppers would be able to get their hands on the revolutionary technology." I wonder who it could be.... oh and good thing Charbax didnt waste his time since they didnt announce at the event. maybe he can get more info out of them soon. |

Sliding back, just like Liquavista. Too bad, I was hoping for something interesting this year. Thanks for the heads up.

Just save yourself some agony, and wait until an actual product ships and gets reviewed.

the partner has got to be amazon. amazon has the most to win and lose and thus can pay them the most. unless there is some technology that is better....at the moment mirasol looks the most promising.

I read elsewhere in the PB German forum that the Pocketbook people would distribute it. And then, questioned directly about the matter, Forkosigan made one of those very loud, yet silent answers: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...etbook+mirasol
