Can't update calibre portable

The last few times I've tried to update calibre portable I get the following message:

Code:
Failed to delete the Calibre program folder. Make sure calibre is not running.
Any ideas on how I'd get it to update?

Make sure no program has the folder open. That includes Calibre, Windows Explorer, anti-virus, etc.

Also, check if you have the necessary permissions. On Windows 7, (with the folder selected) that's Right Click -> Properties -> Security.

Ah, it looks like it was Xyplorer that was locking it.

Thanks.
