I live in London and I have been buying books from diesel ebooks recently I got the message below when I tried to download my book, Apparently in the spirit of trying to protect you from fraud they have to call you and give you a PIN number before you can download your book, I have sent my number so many times without response, now here is the crazy part, they have already taken the money out of my account and I still cannot download the book 'in the spirit of protecting me from fraud' if that was really the case they would not have taken money out without verification.... Am I making any sense or am I too pissed off to make some sense...

Are you sure you've entered your number in the correct format? ie "+44" then your number minus the initial "0"?
