PRS-350 PRS-350 problem

Hi, this is my first post. I have a problem with trying to change the text size on a downloaded ebook from the public library. When the setting is set to small text it is ok but hard to read. When I try to change to medium or larger all the text goes to the top of the page, all scrunched into one line. This is the first time this has happened. No problems on previous downloads from the same library. Is this a known problem or how do I fix this?

I don't know how to fix the scrunching problem, but if the text is just a little too small to read on small you can bump up the size a bit by removing margins: hit the magnifying glass button, then page mode, then margin cut.
