sending books to devices, template editor script

This is always what I've used in almost all my ereaders with calibre. I really just cherry picked this over time and added it to my calibre, someone else created it. Ive used this on my Boox NovaPro and all my books created the proper file structure with the created folders. I like the tags first folder (genre) then the letter of the authors first letter in their name then inside that folder is the authors full name. Then the book with the series number and name of the book as its title (example Books/!ScienceFiction/J/JayLake/GreenUniverse/01.00-Green.epub)/. So when sent from calibre to my ereader the books are all in order and in the proper folders all with no input from me.

I got a new computer and backed everything up. Needless to say it didn't keep my above settings. Once I figured it out I plugged in the above and thought that would fix the issue. But it didn't. Its putting my epubs in the root of the Books folder. And I cant figure out why.

The only thing wrong with this script (besides not working now lol...help) is I could never get it to list the last name letter (example Books/!ScienceFiction/L/JayLake/GreenUniverse/01.00Green.epub)

Under Preferences/import/export/sending/sending books to device/save template box

Just an FYI when I said "I dont know where this should go" in the title of the post. I meant what forum it should go in. Didnt seem clear when I reread it.

Right click the device icon in calibre and choose configure this device and put it there

Thanks its been a long time since I messed with the program only had to because I moved it to a new one and I was never very savvy with this program you designed, anyway.
