Is there a way to execute a non-root command without access to command line

As in the title, is there a way to execute a command like cp, mv or sth that doesn't require root permissions?

I don't know if cp and mv are allowed commands. I only used it for setTime thus far.

I'm looking for a way to execute a custom script so more of a sh command, but the script doesn't need root permissions to be executed

I'm pretty sure you still need to jailbreak for that.

There is very little that you can cp (or move) without having root permissions.

In any case, you must have the device jail broken before you can do anything outside of visible USB storage.

Once jail broken, our jail break support for the past few years has included the search bar command:
;log runme

(which executes the file named: RUNME.sh in the top most visible level of USB storage - you provide the content of that script - and there is a thread dedicated to worked/working examples here)
