For now I just used an autoclicker, but this would be a very nice addition. Keep up the good work! Also an undo option or background in color gradients based on the outer bound of the cover would be pretty nice.

No it's not possible to run a batch.
You have to decide for each cover, what to do with it.

There was a "Content-Aware fill option" which is similar or better what you requested. Unfortunately I had to disable the feature since the last plugin update. The transition from Calibre v5 to Calibre v6 broke this functionality and I don't have time to fix this.

I'll try to keep "Prettify Cover" in the current state for new Calibre versions,
but I don't plan to add new features.
