Modify or Edit Meta Data

Is there a way to Edit or Modify the meta data (specifically the title) directly on the reader?

I can do it using Calibre! but only on the local copy.

Thanks

Thanks elcreative.
Should I delete the book from the reader? There's no replace and I'm getting kinda of confused. I'm ending up with multi copies.

Delete copies on reader before replacing... you've found that you end with multiples otherwise... sorry, should have said but I've been using Calibre/505 so long that i take a lot for granted
