Flash the global rom of Boox Page for Boox Leaf3 Chinese version

Hi Renate,

- I got #
- Reboot command word correctly.
- When I run the command "start autoupdate", the screen show 1 line "Waiting for flash drive...".

Here the log:

Everything's good. You're almost done.

Put update.zip (the decrypted) on an SD card or a Type C flash drive or a Type A flash drive with OTG adapter. Do not insert SD card or flash until told.

Reboot to recovery, start ttyscreen, start autoupdate, wait for "insert flash", insert.

Pay attention, it should be a couple of screens of data, unless it fails for rollback.

If everything worked and it's non-Chinese, you're done.

If it failed, plug your SDcard, flash into something, look for a file called autoupdate.txt (or log, I forget). Send me that file.

Does it print lots of stuff (including "misc")? Then proceed. You don't need (to explicitly start) ttyscreen.

I've read this read and was also curious if I could flash the Boox Go Color 7 firmware to my Boox Leaf 3C.

Are the Leaf3C and GoColor7 the same hardware?

Please start a new thread so as not to mix things up. You'll have to do some work to help me make a custom recovery for the GoCo7, but it should go quicker.
