what do you mean with "don't works"? No icon appears? Crash? Error window? Epub not validable?

What LibreOffice version is the "latest"?

LibreOffice v5.3.1.2.
Icon appears, but at using it for the conversion the process stops and code appears saying there is a ")" missing, that happanes several times. Once all put in place it works.

Hi

The problem appears with version 5.3.1.2. Several extensions stoppped working for this missing closed parenthesis. It seems that LO enforced suddenly a stricter respect of coding rules (?!) and some extensions stopped working for this reason. among others AltSearch and Pepito cleaner. This policy should be temporarily reversed for the next "fresh" version due early April but again will be enforced for 5.4 and beyond.

This seems to be a kind of warning shot or maybe was totally unintended
