Angry Ummmm.....not too high tec.....?

Allright, I'd always been highly unimpressed with the Sony UK site's efficiency i.e. hardly any, it was the slowest site in the known world.
Then Sony said they'd noticed there were some "issues" with the site's operating , and were improving it ( better late than never).

For a while. it was OK , even better when I changed i/net provider.

Then we had a "closed for repair" few days, then opened again, following which .............................

it is back to being the proverbial donkey.

I fact worse -I couldn't get on it at all today so far.

This is a global brand - that sells computers.................

Or am I the only one suffering ?
