Literata font on KOReader

Has anyone used successfully the Google Literata font on KOreader? There is a problem with the regular and italic font files, they cannot be registered by crengine in koreader under both kindle and kobo, with correct panose information.

I don't have any problem making a "literata" folder in /KOReader/fonts/ then adding the four .otf files to that folder. It shows on the list in KOReader and seems to work. But I don't have anything handy to test for the "problems" you mention.

Luck;
Ken

Thank you. I used the ttf files. These may be defective. I have the crengine errors in crash.log. Will try the otf files.

Later edit: the otf files are all right. This is interesting. Thank you for the tip.

Yeah, I don't remember the details, but as I mentioned on GH, I was kind of expecting that on Amazon fonts (Caecilia, mostly, because it's heavily tailored for lab126's own FT build).

I'll maybe even check what exactly upsets CRe about it some day .

@hfpop : I only had the problem with the italic one. The regular was ok for me (but I didn't use it anymore because there is no glyph for the tiny non breaking space used in french before ! ? : ; )
