Henry S. Whitehead: Thirty Two Uncanny Tales (2022), v1, 15 Oct 2022

I have collected all the uncanny tales by Henry S. Whitehead that I can find, to make this special collection, unique to MobileRead. Whitehead spent several years in the American Virgin Islands (formerly Danish West Indies) not long after the colony was purchased from Denmark by the USA in 1917. The unique West Indian black culture and religion deeply impressed him, and are a recurring background. A number of these stories have already appeared in my Past Masters series.
