Pocketbook 614 internal memory error

i have pocketbook 614 but my internal memory is fault. i changed my internal memory but of course it doesnt work. i think i must install operation system (or image) to my new sd card. how can i do? thank you for your help. i am sorry my english. please help me

Hi, don't know the PB 614 and if it has an internal SD. If so, you need to
1) remove the card
2) make an image of this card,
3) burn the image to a new card
and
4) change the content of it according to this thread:

yes there is internal sd in PB614. but i didt number 3 (3 burn the image to a new card). how can i do? which program i can use?

It is described in the aformentioned thread. I prefer on my Windows machine:
USB Image Tool (!!!format must be img not compressed imz!!!)

Can someone give me an internal image of Pocketbook 614 (basic 3) SD card, please? I have a corrupted SD card with unrecoverable errors...
