Running Calibre on apache..

Sorry I am new here and if this has been answered here I apologize.

I have apache running at port 80 on my server. How can I run Calibre under apache so that I can host it as a vhost? Note that vhost requires a directoryroot and i am not sure how to do that for Calibre.

I am running my server on windows home server sp 2.
