Well since you dont want to share your login credentials it's not really possible to fix issues with logging in, which is what that error is.

Mike; I realize you will not share accounts, but would you at least consider when it's possible to create a trial account, to do that?

Kovid has a lot on his plate and the simple action of your creating a trial account when possible would simplify his life.

I have (like last time) created a trial account but will not do this again.

Sure, except that I already have an account linked to my email thus that doesn't work. Also, Kovid is very kind to address so many recipe issues, however I think the original author should be the first point of contact, if they're still around.
