Unhappy Problem With Nova Pro after update and factory reset

So recently after update to Android 9 and update to 3.1 everything worked fine with books and apps, settings etc.

After few weeks I decided to do fresh start once again and perforemd factory reset from settings and problems started. Now on every device boot I am asked to configure device and my books dissapear each time. Help me please, what should I do now?

The "factory reset" probably reset it to some older version. Did you check that?
Maybe you have to redo the updates.

Hello, Yes, come up with solution on my own:

1. Turn off Nova Pro Completely, wait few seconds
2. Press together Power button and Back button
3. Don't let go Back button, hold till you will see "Onyx System Recovery"
4. Cycle with Back button to "Wipe data/factory reset" in recovery menu
5. Long press Back button to choose it
6. After factory reset everything working as it should
