unpluck, or explode, pdb files

One complaint about plucker files is that they are not "portable". For example, they are very difficult to read under Windows. There is a solution - the unpluck program will "explode" the .pdb back into basic HTML and JPEG. However, it isn't readily available for Windows. There was an earlier thread under content on this issue https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...hlight=unpluck which never came to a resolution.

Is this something that could be provided by Sunrise?

No, this is well outside its scope. There's still the wxPlucker viewer (available here) but I don't think it handles newer Plucker 1.6 documents.
