Although I exaggerate a bit with this thread's title, such posts do happen.

The key (no pun intended) to giving a helpful answer to such a query is very often learning the context missing from the post.

Which in turn traces back to how the question was presented.

Sometimes a question will not get an answer because no one here has a clue what the answer might be.
And sometimes, because no one here has a clue what the question might be.

You can help us, help you, by communicating your problem in the best way possible.
