Where is the Request Ebook edition button?

I thought there was a button that could request a digital copy of the paperback books they sold on amazon.

The button seem to be gone. or am I just blind and it is still somewhere?
Some titles I would really love to see be available to australia, or some that are just plain books with no ebook mobi versions.

I'm seeing in (here in the States) in a box to the left with the heading "Tell the Publisher!"

nassty...
I switched my box from Australia to United states and I see it now.
Wished it worked better here though. Already came across a few I would like to get but can't now and I am too chicken to risk my account being banned

Mores the pity. Is it because 'Mericans need literacy more than Australians? (Dan Quayle isn't the only one to confuse Australia and Austria.)
