How do the Adapters install on the edge? Will it recognize them as attached or do we have to install a driver somehow?

I'm guessing the Dingo release (currently delayed to fix a last minute bug or two) will include the drivers, as well as whatever software is needed to pipe the eDGe display to the adapter. I think they went with DisplayLink certified adapters because that way they don't need a driver for each one, sort of the way USB keyboards, mice, hard drives, and memory sticks work (on any computer).

Thanks, this seems logical. Now to find one.

If there is a MicroCenter in your area, they tend to carry some of these.

USB to Composite or S-Video

Has anyone come across or is using a cable that is USB 2.0 at the PE end and composite or S-video at the other for TVs that are not HDMI?
Thanks in advance,
