Kindle 3 PDF default zoom

Just bought a Kindle 3G/WiFi. I love it - works just great.

After buying some books I decided to add a .PDF Photoshop Manual of my own to the Kindle via USB. No Problem !!!!

And the Kindle sees it and I can read it fine BUT..................
The default zoom size is "Fit to Page" so the pages are zoomed "out" way too much. After I change the Zoom size on the Kindle to 200% the Photoshop Manual looks great.

BUT....... Each time I exit the PDF file on the Kindle and then restart, it always defaults back to this "Fit to Page" zoom level. Is there any way that I can adjust things (or change the PDF file) so that I don't have to do this image re-zooming each time I open the Photoshop Manual ?????

Any help would be very appreciated. I have Acrobat Professional so I can save PDF files. I tried changing the default zoom size in Acrobat and saving a copy of the manual but that doesn't seem to do what I want.

I guess I cant set the default PDF zoom size in the kindle (too bad)

Oh well, any help would be appreciated (using Win 7 64 bit here)
