Post Free PDF Printer for Microsoft Windows

I am not a fan of PDF format myself (I usually quickly convert it to DJVU), but I have seen over this forum that people are looking for a pdf printer (and also some users have mentioned this app under different posts in response to individual inquiries), so I thought some people are just looking for this very thing and they might benefit from this.
