Import highlights from iBooksData2.plist
So back when I had an iPhone i kept backups of my files and supposedly all the notes and highlights from iBooks are stored inside this iBooksData2.plist which I have kept. Now that I own an iPad (2017 10.3.2 with Jailbreak) I want to import this file and restore those notes and highlights. So I placed this file inside the file system along with a couple of Ebooks corresponding to those notes but when I open them inside iBooks I get none of these. Apparently the system rejects this file and it rewrites it somehow I guess?
