Excluding Images From inDesign EPUB Export

I'm trying to make an EPUB version of an RPG supplement I put together in inDesign, which has a large number of complicated graphs in the PDF version that I don't want to include in the EPUB. Is there a way to permanently tell inDesign not to include those images in the export so that I don't have to wait for it to convert them and then manually prune them out every time I do a version update?
