Otherwise, it seems you have tried the different USB cable but have you also tried using different USB port or even trying a different computer?

After the factory reset, does your Glo still show itself as a N514 device or did it revert to the N613 it should be using?

J'ai tout essayé et même problème.
Pas de connexion usb (sous windows erreur code 43 qui fait référence à un périphérique endommagé)

Même problème sur un autre ordinateur.
Et oui toujours sous N514 au lieu de N613.

Elle fonctionne avec la carte SD externe donc on va faire avec.
J'abandonne là
