You can use the app 'AppStore' on the eDGe, then 'comics', then 'Droid Comic Viewer' and then download and install. That should work.

Hey all,

I just got my PE and I'm trying to figure out how to view comics on it. I downloaded the Droid Comic Viewer from the AndAppStore, and I loaded some comics (in CBR and CBZ format) on to the micro sd card... but I can't seem to open them. I click on the Comic Viewer App, but when I click on Open it opens up my book library, and I can't seem to find my comics anywhere... I'm missing somthing obvious I'm sure,but what is it?

Another question though... any word on using Comixology with the Edge?

Glad you got it working. About Comixology: it needs Android 2.1 or higher and the eDGe is still on 1.6.
So just wait for the next update and you might be lucky.

I'd recommend, if you can get to Marketplace from another device, an app called Perfect Viewer. It is free, runs CBZ and CBR files and I have yet to have an issue with memory. It has a great file manager built in allowing you to navigate to your comic storage directory.
