PDFs on Kindle DX
I'm trying to scan sheet music onto my Kindle, but the files are either too large or unclear. I have sheet music in PDFs that I got off the internet that look fine, so I know it's not because it's sheet music.
How should I be scanning/compressing these pages? Thank you so much! |

Maybe you should try using rescaling the image on your computer using a high quality bicubic resample. I think the DX display is 1200x800 or something close to that. Most sheet music off the internet is typeset so of course its going to look better than a single page scan. |

The sheet music that I downloaded was from IMSLP, so they're almost all scans. I have to use a Photoshop type program for adjusting this? I have a Macbook, so something that's free would be nice!
