Documents To Go question

Hello....

Anyone else having this issue, or am I missing something? When I open a new document in "Word to Go", I get a blank screen with a blinking cursor......but no matter what, I can't get a virtual keyboard to pop up........

(Note: in "Sheet to Go", I can put the cursor in a cell and the keyboard pops up just as it should be.......it's only "Word......" that gives me this issue.......i.e., no keyboard)

Try holding down the tactile Menu button on the side of the LCD screen, that should bring up the keyboard.
