Sydney Morning Herald now requires subscription

I can no longer access the Sydney Morning Herald (Australia) in Calibre as it now requires a subscription. I have subscribed but the present preset recipe in Calibre for the digital edition of the paper does not provide for a username/password.

I have looked at tutorials on adding favorite websites, custom news sources, example recipes etc. and realise that solving this problem by myself is way beyond my capabilities.

Can someone please help?

I am happy to provide you with my S M Herald username and password.

I will need login details for http://www.smh.com.au/ and not for https://smh.digitaleditions.com.au/
amazingly they are different.
