Strange folder created by Companion Software?
Has anyone else got a folder by the name of "C:\DownlaodTest" (mis-spelled like that) on their hard disk? It seems to get created by the Companion Software. If you delete it, it gets recreated when the Companion Software next runs!

Delete it, and then have a copy of Windows Explorer open as you start up the Companion Software. You'll see it appear as the application starts.

Heh, I get that folder appear too! I assumed I created it because I'm often dumping stuff to folders like C:\download but I usually spell it right. :P

Raised a ticket for this with iRex support, and got confirmation that it's a "feature" of the "UpdateiRex" program which gets run by the "Autoplay" script when the DR connects.
