Help!!My DR800 die on boot screen! reset and pull out battery or SD card, not work!

If it's brand new, I suggest you leave it charging for a while say an hour for good measure.
If it's been working fine for a while do the above and try resetting. If no luck, remove the SD card and try, if still no luck, contact irex support.

sometimes, to reset the device, you need to hold the on/off button to the left (in off position) for a long time (10+ seconds) AND have the device connected to a USB port. Have you tried that?
