My computer won't download books on to my kindle. It shows me how to do it but my computer doesnt open the same save box that is shown???

Save box?

Normally you connect your Kindle with the USB-cable to your computer and use it like any other external storage device. There's no save box involved in this process. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're doing?

If you open your Kindle, if it is connected to your computer, you should see 3 files: One of them is called "documents". Open it and copy your ebooks into it. Remember to copy only mobi/prc-files for use with the Kindle. After you disconnected your Reader from your computer, you should find the ebooks in the Home-Menu.
