PRS-T1 Possible to disable full refresh like Nook Touch?

I would like to see if the full fresh be disabled, then it'll be a lot faster and smoother when using web browser etc.

As they both use android based os. I think there must be a way to do so.

I just checked /sys/class/graphics/fb0/ but it does not have epd_percent or epd_delay

I love the non-blinking page-turns on both nook touch and kindle 4 very much. I really want see it on my prs-t1.
