Question Searching for a book in my Calibre library/Tags
Why isn't there a search button in Calibre in which I can look for one of my books? I can sort, but that's slower.

Also, I tried sorting by tags, but that is useless if the tag I am looking for is not the first tag for the book. Or am I missing something? Are there other Search features available in Calibre?

I hides now unless you have the magnify glass button (bottom right) depressed.
The Tag Browser (tag button depressed) can find by (multi-)selecting choices on the Left ( I builds a search term for you)

@ChipAHoy - in the search bar there's gears icon - this brings up the "Advance Search" dialogue, it can help you create search terms.
