Unable to open metadata

I receive the error below when I open Calibre, any help please. Windows 11

Something is preventing calibre from reading files in its library folder. Typical culprits are antivirus/security and file sharing programs. Ensure the folder is excluded from all such programs. Also try rebooting your computer in safe mode and see if calibre work sthere, to confirm it is some program interfering.
