Are there any e-ink readers with bigger screens?

I probably will end up with the kindle or sony with has a 6 inch sreen but I thought I would ask here if there are any e-ink readers with a screen bigger than 6 inches and available in the us?

Yes, there are readers with bigger screens: Pocketbook 902, its successor Pocketbook 912 (available in a few days/weeks) and Onyx M90, 91, 92. And the Kindle DXG. They all have a 9,7" screen.
