Search if "this column" is more than "that column"?

Is there any way to search for books where one numeric column is more than a different numeric column? That is:
the number in column ABC > the number in column XYZ?

And just to complicate things a bit more, is there any way to throw a calculation into that - e.g.
the number in column ABC > the number in column XYZ *10?
