I've seen apps for making an epub in to a cbz or cbr. Also possible to convert to pdf. Just depends on what you're using for an OS, and what you want to convert to.

A standard two letter transposition, one of the the most common typos... nothing to see here.

As to the OP's question, yes it's possible but the usability of the results vary markedly.
