Two severe bugs in writer2epub
writer2epub has two severe bugs:
  • tables: sometimes (not ever) w2e repeats the content of a cell in a table. If the original content of a cell in the .odt document is, for example, "Lorem" then the same cell in the epub can be "LoremLoremLorem".
  • footnotes: sometimes the footnotes are linked to the wrong page.

Is writer2epub still supported?

Yes, tables are not perfect, footnotes are updates in W2E2
(what? W2E2?)
I will send to you my personal version of the V.2 (unfinished) to test if this can solve your problem.
Please ping me if you don't receive a mail from me in a week, this end of year is very hard for my work…
